UHC Insurance Marketplace Plans Issue:

 We can not scheduled an appointment until

Dr. Ana I Valdes Roque, NPI: 1477786465 is assigned 

as your child's PCP on your UHC insurance database.

United Healthcare has removed Dr. Valdes as a PCP for your child, since April 1st, 2026, after multiple attempts from our office to fix this issue, still the insurance is not allowing to assigned Dr. Valdes as a PCP for your child, even though UHC credentialing said is OK to assigned her as your child's PCP, but Member services continue to say NO and denied the update.

Sorry for this inconvenience, but until UHC insurance solve this issue, we can not provide medical services to all UHC Insurance Marketplace plans!!! ​ ​​​​​
